How many prints can I do?

With 800 strips you can print non-stop for about 7 hours (3 photos per strip), this will very rarely run out for parties up to 150 people, if this does happen exceptionally, rest assured all photos are always stored digitally even if the printer is empty. All photos will be emailed after the party. Unlimited printing does not exist, unless of course you replace the paper and ink roll when it is empty. Extra paper rolls can be requested in advance, (e.g. events of several days) make sure that someone is always present upon delivery who can get an explanation of how to replace the paper safely! Optionally we can provide a printer with 1400 strips.

Can I place the photo booth outside?

The photo booth can only be placed outside if it is completely covered, protected from rain and sun.

How much does it cost to rent a photo booth and what is included?

You can rent our classic photobooths for your event from 445.00 EUR including VAT, incl max 25km transport costs. All your photos will also be made available in our online gallery after the event where you can download or forward them. There is no time limit for using the photobooth on the day of the event. The photobooth is equipped with a SLR camera, large touchscreen, professional flash and high-speed printer.

Can I place the photo booth on a floor?

Only if there is a well-accessible elevator, the booth (65kg to 100kg) can be placed on a floor. If there are a few small stairs to your location, please report this in advance! (the booth is usually placed by 1 person)

Is a back wall included?

We optionally supply a background system with our photo booth (€50). A back wall makes the photo more professional and gives a much better result.

How long can I use the photo booth?

The photo booth will be picked up on the day the event ends before 24 hours. If later, the photo booth will always be picked up the day after the event. In the latter case, the time of pick-up will always be discussed with the customer.

How do the Spiegel photo booths work?

The mirror booths have a professional Canon DSLR camera behind the glass. You click on the screen (mirror glass) and the photo booth takes the pictures. You can also write on the mirror with your finger and have a personal message printed on the photo. The printers are next to the mirror.

How are the km calculated?

We are active throughout Belgium/Netherlands. Please note that the first 25 km we drive from Westerlo are free. After that we charge €0.50 per kilometer.

Can a photo of the day be printed on the photo?

This is possible under certain circumstances/conditions. Please contact us!

How much space do I need for the photo booth?

For the Mirror Booth 3 meters by 3 meters is the minimum. Dimensions of the mirror are 1540 hx 920 wx 610 d Weight +90kg
1 power point of 220V is sufficient.

For the Classic photo booth, 2 meters by 2 meters is sufficient.

What if there are problems?

We are always available until 24 hours, and will come on site for up to 24 hours if the problem cannot be resolved by telephone.

Will there be anyone on site during the event?

For the setup of the photo booth is calculated more than 15 minutes, so then a few questions can be asked for the further rental process. After setup the employee leaves the location, but he/she is always on standby to offer telephone assistance, and if necessary to come on site.
